Role and Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the discovery and reformulation of clients’ needs

  • Delivering interactive workshops
  • Contributing to the quality assessment and full execution of the statement of work
  • Contributing to the production of deliverables within the scope, planning a budget specified in the statement of work
  • Contributing to the creation and execution of learning expeditions for clients amongst a variety of industry sectors
  • Contributing to the discovery of new opportunities with current and potential clients
  • Contributing to the writing of business proposals
  • Managing the relationship with providers
  • Contributing to the validation of the administrative steps

Education, skills and/or experience

  • BA degree
  • Great quality of the deliverables (presentation and content)

This position is suited to candidates with 1-3 years experience, ideally in or with a strong interest in working on research and analytical assignments that address the use of emerging digital technologies within a wide range of industries, as well as digital transformation/innovation program management.

Role and Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

  • Conducting research using a broad range of channels, presenting data in an easily digestible and concise format
  • Supporting consultants to produce client-ready materials and presentations in Word or PowerPoint that clearly define the problem, summarize the analysis/data/research findings in a compelling way.
  • Proactively developing own learning; build own expertise and experience to contribute across a range of client projects.

Client management

  • Contributing to the discovery and reformulation of clients’ needs
  • Contributing to the quality assessment and full execution of the statement of work

Communications

  • Ensuring internal communication on the project: presenting the offer, sharing expertise, solution, design, results, learnings.
  • Ensuring external communication on the project: case studies for the website, newsletter, etc.

Project management

  • Contributing to the production of deliverables within the scope, planning  and budget specified in the statement of work, all the while optimizing the margin of the project
  • Organizing and maintaining libraries of knowledge collateral, ensuring easy access for colleagues

Education, skills and/or experience

  • BA degree
  • At least 1 year of consulting or other relevant experience
  • Interest in digital transformation
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Results oriented
